Hiking Tumamoc Hill!

My wife loves going up Tumamoc Hill here in Tucson. Me? Not so much. Although I love getting outdoors in the beautiful Tucson weather, I am not so certain about walking up a hill, getting a sweat going, running out of breath, and having my knees ache.
However, this beautiful morning, my beautiful wife convinced me to hike up Tumamoc with her. Admittedly, the views are beautiful, and of course, the climb was a bit challenging for me.. but.. I made it!
When you go, be sure to bring a bottle of water, as you will undoubtedly need it. There is a research facility halfway up the hill with porta potties and there are numerous places to stop, rest, and enjoy the view. If you are a power walker, then you will love the challenge of this hill. If you are simply a person “along for the ride” as I am, then you can absolutely enjoy the views while taking your time!
Gaining 800 feet of elevation in less than a mile and a half, Tumamoc Hill in Tucson Arizona is a favorite amongst the local hiking community, the fitness enthusiast.. and even out of shape Investor Realtors like me! Follow me as I show you the top of Tumamoc Hill!

I’m not sure if you can hear me, but I’m on standing up on top of Tumamoc Hill in Tucson, Arizona. Down below, you can see all of the Tucson Valley here beneath me. “A” Mountain is right here, University of Arizona and downtown, the Catalina Mountains. Tumamoc Mountain itself is a mountain that Arizonians use to hike for vacation, for recreation over the weekend. It goes 800 feet up in a mile and a half, which makes a incredibly intense cardio workout. If you’re from the Tucson area, you will definitely want to take Tumamoc Hill and make that a part of your bucket list.
Anyway, if you’ve got a property here in the Tucson area that you’d like to sell, give me a call. My name’s Karl. I’m with Karl Buys Houses. I’m an agent and a real estate broker as well as an investor here in Tucson. I’d love to make an offer on an unwanted home regardless of how windy it is!
